There are two outdoor toilet buildings and a small storage shed. The cabin is solar-powered and has a backup generator, a telephone for emergency calls is also available. Road access on a small forest road can get muddy during bad weather, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended and mandatory in the winter.

Casa Verde is the perfect place for a family vacation or smaller groups with a maximum of 6 people. The lake front cabin has good water access with a dock for easily launching canoes or kayaks and also the convenience of a floating dock for swimming, fishing or just relaxing. The cabin is equipped with a full kitchen with cookware and dishes for your convenience, offering a propane cook stove, fridge and small cold storage. It has a large dining table and a lounging area with a sofa for relaxing in front of a wood stove. One bedroom with a double bed, a loft with a double bed and a third double bed in a small guest cabin with a wood heater. A large front deck overlooking Konni Lake with deck chairs and a table with benches for dining or relaxing in the shade of the forest.
